กาย ทริลบี้ หนุ่มใหญ่วัย 40 พบช่องโหวในกฎของการแข่งสะกดคำศัพท์ชิงชนะเลิศระดับช าติ จึงตัดสินใจที่ปล้นชัยชนะในการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ให้จ งได้ ทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่จัดงาน พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองที่แสนวุ่นวายและเด็กๆชั้นประถมผู้เข ้าแข่งที่มีความทะเยอะ ทะยานเกินตัว ต่างก็ไม่ใช่คู่ปรับสมน้ำสมเนื้อของกาย เมื่อเขาขอทำฝันให้สำเร็จ

Jason Bateman makes his feature directorial debut with the subversive comedy, Bad Words.
